The International Civil Servants Mutual Association, founded in 1959, is a non-profit fund exclusive to the United Nations and Specialized Agencies, whose objectives are to promote mutual assistance among staff members of the United Nations Office and other Organizations within the United Nations family at Geneva, and the facilitation of the settlement of the said staff members and their family.

The affiliated Organizations are the following: ILO, ITU, WTO, WMO, WIPO, IMO, UNICEF, IOM, WHO, HCR, IPU and UNEP (UNEP staff members duty stationed in Geneva only).

For the second year a container with 20 classical and 20 electrical bicycles is installed at the Place des Nations (corner Avenue de France/Avenue Giuseppe Motta) from 27 April to 23 October 2016 and open from 8:00am until 7:00pm. Staff members international organizations will have to present their identification badge for the rental of a bicycle, which is free of charge, and a civil liability insurance is mandatory. They can borrow bicycles during the following hours: from 11:30am to 2:30pm, from 4:30pm to 9:00am the following day, over the weekend from 4:30pm on Fridays to 9:00am on the following Monday.

New hours - Office at the Palais des Nations: From 4 January 2016 our office at the Palais des Nations will still be open Monday to Friday, but only from 9:30 am and 1:00 pm. Afternoons are reserves for appointments

The interest rate on the CHF deposit account for 2015 is 0.80% plus a bonus of 0.70%. The 2016 interest rate will be known in May 2017.
