Mobility Plan - Public Transport

Members of the Mutual Association, active and retired, can benefit from reduced fares for the utilization of public transport in Geneva and elsewhere in Switzerland. Further information can be found inside the 2010 public transport circular.

For active members

  • Unireso® : the member only
  • CFF : member's spouse and children (< 25 )
  • P+R, P+B : member only
  • Mobility® : member only

For retired members

  • Unireso® : the member's spouse
  • CFF : member's spouse and children (< 25 ).
  • P+R, P+B : member only
  • Mobility® : member only

The Senior Pass is valid only for members and spouses who have reached the legal retirement age (AVS, women 64, men 65). If not the case, the adult fare is applicable.

CFF

Active and retired members, spouses and children (if < 25), can benefit from reduced fares for yearly CFF passes that allow them to travel by train in Switzerland.

Unireso®

Active and retired members, as well as spouse of retired members, can benefit from reduced fares for yearly Unireso® passes that allow them to travel by train, by bus, by tram and by boat within the ?Franco-Valdo-Genevoise? area.

Mobility®CarSharing

Members have the possibility to use a car on a self-service basis for temporary needs, and can benefit from reductions on the Mobility® services.

Car-Sharing

Members who wish to car-share may simply visit the following website www.covoiturage.ch in order to find offers available and to register.

P+R (Park and Ride)

Members, whose home and office are more than 2 kilometers from the P+R, have the possibility to subscribe to one of the P+R proposed (possible waiting list). The P+R pass completed by a Unireso® pass gives daily access to the P+R chosen as well as to Geneva public transport.

P+B (Park + Bike)

Members who wish to go to work by car and by bicycle can subscribe to a P+B yearly pass. They can store their bicycle safely in a P+R and take it to go to work. The conditions remain the same: your home and office must be more than 2 kilometers from the P+R.
