How to deposit funds

Members are requested to strictly follow the instructions below.

Deposits to the members accounts and for loan repayments can only be accepted from the following sources:

  • an external bank account in the name of the member,
  • an external bank account in the name of the persons who have a power of attorney registered by La Mutuelle,
  • a member organization,
  • the pension fund of a member organization.

Any deposits originating from other sources will be refused and returned to the sender.

Cash deposits are not accepted.

If the wire transfer received does not include the complete name of the beneficiary and his/her Mutuelle’s account number the funds will be returned to the sender with any fees at his/her expense.

Members who wish to deposit funds at the post office counter are kindly requested to note that the process to credit the funds is longer, and fees are charged by the post office. These will have to be paid by the members.
