The following documents are required to process your application.
- the membership application form duly signed (handwritten signature only);
- a legible photocopy of the national passport;
- a legible photocopy of the legitimation card (if stationed in Switzerland only);
- a copy of the personnel action form (issued by Human Resources);
- a request for secure access to the website* duly signed (handwritten signature only);
- a membership fee of CHF 10 (payment instructions will be provided by La Mutuelle) .
*Secure access is currently available only for services related to loans, accounts, and mobility.
